APRIL 17 - THERE’S A REASON WHY YOU DO THE OPPOSITE OF WHAT YOU HAVE DECIDED TO DO

There’s a reason why you do the opposite of what you have decided to do.

Eat chocolate when you have decided to quit sugar, for example. Or procrastinate on the healing and recovery journey and lifestyle changes for your family.

Until you learn to embrace and honour the sacred messages behind your self sabotage patterns and heal THROUGH them, they’ll have to show up again and again.
